Centrifuges with automatic dischargeSLS600A
Flow rate of 30 cubic meters per hour in an automatic unloading centrifuge system.
This model includes a self-draining centrifuge and a hydro-cyclonic tank that guarantee 100% purification of the wastewater from glass and stone grinding, ensuring complete water recycling.
The grinding wastewater that comes from the machine tools converges directly into the underground tanks through the canalization system already present in the company. The liquids, through the loading pumps, are pushed into the cyclone descending in a spiral along the internal walls of the cyclone due to the gravity and movement effects given by the tangential injection system.

The separation of solid particles from the liquid occurs by gravitational effect: the water rises towards the midst of the cylinder and the sludge mixed with the residual liquid is pushed into the cone of the cyclone and injected through a pump into the rotor of the centrifuge. Here, the solid particles are definitively pressed and separated from the water, sending it back to production, while the collected sludge, the thermoplastic and non-stick material deposited in the basket are ready to be manually discharged into the appropriate waste bags.
In this case, the discharge takes place through the automatic system, then the centrifuge stops at programmed times via the keyboard on the PLC, useful for evacuating the accumulated sludge.
At the end of the operation, thanks to the remote start and stop function, a new treatment cycle will start again.
