Centrifuges with manual discharge
This type of centrifuge includes the intervention of the operator to manually unload the accumulation material. Through the centrifugal force, the solid particles are separated from the liquid and collected inside the basket. At the end of the cleaning cycle, the operator manually eliminates the accumulated sludge, while the purified water is used again by the operating machines.
Manual discharge centrifuges are often used in the glass processing sector, especially in small companies, to ensure constant cleaning of machinery without need to apply the use of chemical additives that could compromise their functionality. For medium and large companies or for other processing sectors - such as granite, stone and ceramics - we recommend the use of an automatic drain centrifuge for higher water flow rates and to speed up the cleaning process via PLC.
