This model includes a self-draining centrifuge and two hydro-cyclonic tanks that guarantee 100% purification of the wastewater from glass and stone grinding, ensuring complete water recycling.
From the cone of the first cyclone, the liquid is pushed into the centrifuge rotator by means of a pump. The suspended particles, with a higher specific weight, will be pressed against the basket wall due to the gravitational force, causing the purified liquid to flow out.

Part of the liquid separated from the first cyclone will transfer to the second for an additional process. Once purified, it will be sent to the operating machines via an electronic controlled pump.
In this case, the discharge takes place through the automatic system, therefore the centrifuge stops at programmed times via the keyboard on the PLC, useful for evacuating the accumulated sludge.
At the end of the operation, thanks to the remote start and stop function, a new treatment cycle will start again.
